19°07'E is 19.116, 50°23'N is 50.383 or
68°42'W is -68.700, 51°17'N is 51.283
It is easy to convert: 19°07' it is 19 and (07 * (100/60)) = 19,116.
Timezone:
It is a difference between UTC time and your local time.
West of Greenwich, Great Britain enter negative numbers.
East of Greenwich enter positive values.
